Best class of the Gundy era
During the Boone Pickens Stadium renovation process, Mike Gundy predicted that Oklahoma State’s facilities — including the $180 million, 633,130-square-foot west-end complex — would have a profound impact on recruiting.
The 2010 Cowboy recruits were the first recruits who made official visits to the finished stadium, outfitted with a dazzling, 14,000-square-foot locker room. The result — Oklahoma State pulled in the highest-rated recruiting class of the Gundy era.
The 27-player class — made up of 26 high school prospects and one junior-college transfer — is rated No. 18 nationally by Scout and No. 31 by Rivals.
